If it does not work, try a new user account as well. Uinstall and reinstall did not work. I am going to try logging on as myself to same computer and pull it up that way. Out of computers this is the only one doing it. Im starting to wonder if there is not a REG key that needs to be deleted so it can add itself back or at least be modified.
Signature ability works fine with a different user on the same computer. I signed in as myself and I can pull up the add signature just fine. So this narrows it down to the single users log in.
